This competition is promoted by Beretta Australia Limited, Dandenong South, Melbourne Australia (Beretta, we, us or our).
To enter the competition, you must:
To be an eligible entrant, you must also be a registered AUS Firearms Licence holder and an Australian resident aged 18 or older. You must hold a valid Passport with at least 6 months validity post the weekend away date.
Every $100 spent earns one (1) entry into the Competition i.e., each transaction/receipt of a Benelli, Franchi, Steiner or Burris product over $100 receives 1 entry. $500 = 5 entries. Entries are only valid on new, not preowned products.
The entrant must not be an employee or contractor (or their immediate family members and members of their households) of Beretta (or its related companies) or a store affiliated with Beretta.
By submitting your entry into the competition, you will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
The prize is a 2-day guided Waterfowl hunt, including 3 nights’ shared accommodation with team (TBC), from Friday 27th – Monday 30th June 2025 worth $6,500. The Prize cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash. You must be available Friday 27th – Monday 30th June 2025.

We will make a shotgun available for the hunt.
The winner must be fit and able to hunt and willing to appear in marketing images to promote Benelli, Franchi, Steiner or Burris and waterfowl hunting in Australia and New Zealand.
If you are the winner, your travel will include return economy flights to Christchurch New Zealand (from the nearest capital city) as well as transport to and from the location in New Zealand. You must bring your own hunting clothing/equipment. Any expenses (including but not limited to travel, food, beverage and making changes to any travel arrangements) incurred in relation to accepting or using the Prize are the responsibility of the winner.
The Prize is non-transferrable, non-refundable, and non-substitutable by the winner, and cannot be cancelled, exchanged or redeemed for cash by the winner. Any further details of the prize will be communicated to the winner by email by Beretta Australia.
Components of the Prize are subject to cancellation or change if necessary due to reasons beyond the reasonable control of Beretta Australia or the provider.
Any Prize supplied by a third-party provider is subject to the terms and conditions of that third party provider. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beretta Austrlaia is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any Prize winner or otherwise as a result of the conduct of any third party provider or otherwise as a result of the Prize winner accepting or using a Prize.
All valid entries will go into the draw and one (1) winner will be drawn randomly on or about 13 May 2025. Beretta Australia’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
We will contact the winner within 5 days after being chosen as the winner using the email address or other contact details provided to Beretta Australia at the time of entry. If the winner does not wish to accept the Prize or cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hrs of notification, the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner drawn from the remaining valid entries in Beretta Australia’s sole discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beretta Australia is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, failure, malfunction, alteration, delay in delivery, operation or transmission, or other circumstance of any kind, which may affect any person’s entry or participation in the competition.
Beretta Australia may request such information and take such steps as it considers reasonable to verify the validity of any person’s entry or participation in the competition and/or the identity of any person claiming to be the winner including verification of your receipt of the purchases. Beretta Australia reserves the right to accept or decline any entry if the proof of purchase and eligibility cannot be definitively confirmed.
When entrants enter the draw online, we will ask you to provide your personal information. Please see our Privacy Statement available here https://berettaaustralia.com.au/privacy/ as to what this information is required for, how we will use it and what your rights are with respect to that information.
Entrants agree that by entering the draw their details will be stored and otherwise processed by Beretta for the purposes of administering the competition and for marketing purposes.
Entrants consent to receive commercial electronic messages from Beretta Australia and if they are a winner consent to their name and general location details being publicly disclosed on Facebook, Instagram and via EDM to the Beretta Australia database and to other entrants of this competition. The entrant may unsubscribe at any time from receiving such messages by following the unsubscribe process specified in any such electronic message that they receive.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beretta Australia will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury or death incurred or sustained as a direct or indirect result of winning or using the Prize. Beretta Australia will not be liable for any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond our control including, but not limited to war, civil disturbance, epidemic, fire, floods, acts of God or acts of government.
Facebook, LinkedIn or any media publication is not running, sponsoring or is otherwise associated with this competition and has no responsibility to entrants in connection with this competition.
Beretta Australia has the right to cancel or alter this promotion at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, these terms may be updated or modified by us at any time (provided this doesn’t materially prejudice anyone who has already entered the competition).
This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
