About Me:
I run my own tiling and paving business, covering everything from bathrooms to pools and backyards. When I’m not working, I’m all about the outdoors—hunting, 4x4ing, and camping with friends. I’m a big fan of touring and exploring new areas and tracks in my car. I’m about to get married to my fiancée, who wasn’t really into the outdoors before we met, but she’s now embracing it thanks to me!
Involvement in Shooting & Hunting:
I’m into hunting with shotgun, rifle, and bow. When I go hunting, it’s not always about the kill; I enjoy spending time in the mountains, watching and understanding deer behaviors. I started young, hunting foxes and rabbits, with a lot of credit to my dad for introducing me to it.
Gear & Setup:
I’m a huge fan of Tikka and Sako rifles—they’ve never let me down. My go-to optics are Steiner and Burris, and I rely on Sako ammo for consistency. I also love my Swarovski binoculars.
Community & Mentoring:
I’m part of the Australian Deer Association and always encourage newcomers to reach out to local rifle clubs. My advice to anyone starting out is to know your limits, persist, and step by step, you’ll get there.
Advice & Content:
I enjoy creating hunt recaps and would love to do educational videos or gear reviews. I’m looking forward to finding ways to be more involved in the Australian Hunting communities.
Upcoming Plans:
I’ve got some backpacking hunting trips lined up from August onwards and can’t wait to get back out in the field.
